Please join me in congratulating Doug Mccray Jr for being selected as the April 2017 Northeast region driver of the month. Doug Jr works at our Mountaire Farms Livehaul operation based in Millsboro Delaware. Doug Jr played an integral role in the start up of this business. Doug Jr assisted with all aspects of a challenging start up such as helping the drivers with directions, helping our office staff understand the customer process . Doug Jr hired on November of 2016 and has been an extremely valuable person to everyone involved and truly represents what dedicated is all about. Doug Jr is now a Smith System certified driver trainer and helps ensure the fleet continues to accumulate safe miles. Doug Jr's photo will be displayed at all locations throughout the region as well as the DCS wall of fame along with the other April winners across the division. Doug will also represent the Vinny Giannetti region and be considered for the prestigious driver of the year award coming in early 2018.
