Northeast Region Driver of the month - November 2018



When there is a job to be done, Brian Cadwallader is the guy.  Since coming on board with the Amazon team, Brian has been one of the most reliable and helpful drivers on the account.  Day in and day out Brian gets the job done safely and on time with an admirable level of customer service.  As an account driver Brian prides himself on safe driving, on time service and helping others.  He’s always available for any run our team gives him, no matter how near or far, no matter the time.  He continuously works 6-days and has 0 service failures and is continually requested by our new customer contacts for special projects.

  As a driver trainer, Brian takes his accident free driving record and industry experience to help trainees understand our business and embody the JB Hunt safety culture. He goes above and beyond for the company.  His love for JB Hunt spreads everywhere he goes as he has helped recruit drivers to work for the organization.  Brian has been involved in supporting some of the most notable start-ups in the northeast: TJ Maxx, Rite Aid NY Metro Expansion and Amazon Phase II.

As an individual, Brian takes great pride in his work and representing the JB Hunt Scroll.  He’s always there for all of us and in turn we do the same. Last month one of our drivers fell on hard times he helped by donating money to get her back on her feet, stating; “she works for us, she’s family and we take care of family.”  They met maybe twice, but that is the type of person Brian is.

When we say “drive live a champion” Brian is truly someone who embraces that saying.  He has truly been an individual who has helped the Amazon account become the success that is has been for our company and one of its hardest workers most dedicated drivers.  The Amazon slogan is “We Delivery Smiles Every day” and Mr. Cadwallader truly delivers smiles!
