Northeast region driver of the month - April 2021

 

Mike Covington, simply put, is the type of driver you wish you could clone. My personal interactions with Mike, whether they be in casual interaction, collision reviews, or onboarding processes, have always been incredibly positive and productive. He cares. While most drivers, particularly in the West Haven market, are on the lookout generally for themselves and their own wallet, Mike cares passionately about the performance of the account. Mike is always looking for ways to make his trainees better and make the account as welcoming a place as it can be. He is an absolute asset, as already mentioned, to the Hatfield account, but he truly has been instrumental in supporting Dedicated accounts throughout the Northeast Region. He has supported Amazon, Costco, Mountaire, and many others over the years, bringing the same passion for safe driving everywhere he goes, along with his winning personality.
