Please join me in congratulating Walter Sierpinski for representing the northeast region as the driver of the month. The northeast region is comprised of over 2800 drivers and over 100 dedicated accounts. Walter was hired in 2014 and his team had the following to say:
Once the Mountaire Refrigerated Account startup date
arrived, Walter was one of the very first drivers to dive in and travel down
from NY to support!
He was one of the most trustworthy drivers we could find,
and when we asked Walter if he would like to join our team down in DE, he
enthusiastically agreed. Two years later, Walter moved his family to Maryland,
where they now live a peaceful life with his wife and daughter only 30 minutes
away from our account.
Everyone in our account is aware of Walter's thorough pre /
post-trip inspections and attention to detail when it comes to his work. He is
a dedicated driver, but also takes his role as a trainer very seriously,
contributing his years of experience navigating NYC to a developing fleet. In his spare time, Walter likes to play pool, but
woodworking is his hobby and true love. As appreciation for Walter’s accomplishments, a life size
cardboard cutout stands proudly in the Mountaire Refrigerated office. Thanks
