Please join me in congratulating Bill Schermerhorn from the C&S Newburgh NY account for being selected as the NE Region September 2014 driver of the month.
Bill Came aboard JB During the transition in 2013 but has been working at that location since 2003. Mr Schermerhorns manager Derek Roy nominated him for many reasons but was most grateful for Bills training. As a certified trainer at C&S Newburgh Bill is regarded as a Peoplenet technology expert and is very instrumental in assisting the fleet get up to speed with all the latest information. Bill is always willing to lend a hand to new drivers and also helps out with maintenance tasks. Bill is a great asset to C&S Newburgh NY and the company. For his selection he will receive a letter from the vice president of operations, a certificate of achievement, a $300.00 cash award and his picture displayed at all DCS locations throughout the region and at DCS headquarters in Lowell Arkansas.
Mr Schermerhorn will be eligible for the prestigious driver of the year honor awarded at the conclusion of 2014.
