Please join me in congratulating Darryl Norman from the Home Depot Pro New Jersey account for being selected as the northeast region driver of the month for December 2017. Darryl wears multiple hats at JBH by performing home deliveries on behalf of the Home Depot and takes tremendous pride in giving superior customer service. In addition to making home deliveries Darryl also serves as a certified driver trainer. Operating safely requires knowledge and proficiency in DCS, Darryl provides excellent support to new drivers coming aboard and does a great job of showing new folks the ropes and making sure they are comfortable in doing the job and emphasizing the importance of good customer service. Because of Darryl's calm and cool demeanor and consistent performance he makes it an easy decision to have him represent the northeast region which is now over 1940 drivers strong. Great work Mr Norman and have a successful 2018!
