Please join me in congratulating Christopher Rounds from the Petco Taunton Massachusetts account for being selected as the January 2015 Northeast Region driver of the month.
Christopher was hired in 2005 to our Best Buy account and now works at our Petco account. Mr. Rounds has over 800,000 safe miles and has Zero preventable collisions lifetime since joining the JB Hunt team. Mr. Rounds is safe, efficient and customer service oriented. He has delivered to every store that the distribution center services and is the first one to be called in an emergency. Mr. Rounds covers vacations, Call offs, outsource freight, extra loads and comes in on days off to help support.
In addition to be a great driver Chris is also a certified driver trainer and helps onboard new drivers which makes him an easy choice to represent the region. For his selection Chris will receive a letter from the Vice President of Operations, a Certificate of achievement and become eligible for the prestigious driver of the year award. Mr. rounds will also have his picture displayed throughout the region and at our DCS headquarters in Lowell Arkansas.
