Please join me in congratulating Al Howell from the Rite Aid Perryman location. Al joined JB Hunt in 2004 and his manager submitted the following to recognize his efforts, Mr. Howell is the most valuable driver
working at Rite Aid, and consistently has been, for years. Rite Aid is a tough environment
to thrive in and Mr. Howell thrives in it 6 days a week, 12-14 hours a day,
with a trainee, everyday. He arrives at least an hour prior to his in gate and
brings with him an attitude of positivity and disciplined professionalism,
regardless if the day he had prior was a complete nightmare. He hits the reset
button, puts the past behind him, and tackles the new day and challenges it
brings.
Al Howell is very simple to describe. He
gets the job done, exactly the way it should be done, every single time. A
virtually perfect record of success at anything is never an accident or
coincidence, what separates him from others is that he truly cares about his
job and our company. He cares enough to discipline himself, to grow himself, to
grow others, and to show true commitment to others safety and success. The list
goes on.
