A leader of the Northeast Amazon account, Pete Rivera displays
a level of professionalism and a commitment to safety that is unmatched to his
peer group. He has been driving for JB
Hunt for 5 years and has been apart of the Amazon team since its inception in
2018. As a driver trainer, Pete brings a positive attitude, wealth of knowledge
and is a trusted resource for all his trainees. Pete is our go to guy to get our
new drivers “Primed” and ready to service DCS’s largest customer. Loving the road, Pete enjoys a challenge and
is always willing to lend a helping hand to any driver in need. Pete’s family
is his driving motivation for safety.
Knowing his family operates on the same roads he drives his truck on, he
prides himself on being a courteous gentleman of the road. He Drives Like A Champion
for his wife and 2 children. His energy is
contagious, he loves to come to the office before his loads to see the
management team and catch up with his trainees. Pete’s dedication to JB Hunt
and to Amazon is unrivaled.
During Pete’s off time he hangs out with his family and
loves to take his kids bowling on the weekends. Pete truly exemplifies what
being an Amazon driver is and what it means to drive like a champion. It is
with great honor to congratulate Pete Rivera as the Northeast Driver of the
Month for September 2019.
